FLAMBOYANT® products purchased online can be returned for a full refund within 12 days of the original purchase date. All returns must be in their original packaging and in perfect sale-able, no damage condition (unused and complete with all labels, leaflets, Dust Bag, accessories etc.)

• No Refunds, Returns Or Exchanges For Goods Sold Outside Australia. 

• Perfume Oil Fragrances are not eligible for Returns or Refunds, due to their nature and use.

To return a FLAMBOYANT® product, Please follow the instructions below:-

​

 

1 - Contact Client Services via Email, Message or Online Live Chat.

​

2 - Place your product in its original packaging and condition along with the original receipts and tags.

​

3 - You may ship your returns or exchanges via a courier company (With Tracking Details) to the address provided by the operator, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

4 - Upon receipt of your return, and subject to inspection by Quality Services, we will proceed to process the return as per your request.

Please note: Return shipping fee is Non Refundable!

5. Flamboyant will do its best to process your return as quickly as possible, which should not normally exceed 20 days.

 

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
